I'm not very religious person...Actually, I believe that organized religion is quite evil & preverts the true word of God, since it was in fact written by man. However, that is my opinion. Onto the matter at hand...Our bro is down. He needs support, which is what we are attempting to give him. Whether he seeks the shelter of organized religion (ie church), or the comfort of his fellow board members is up to him...OK, my rant is done (and SmallDog rocks)

And I'm still pullin' for ya bro...

Don't turn this thread into a religious/political debate.

I was just stating my opinion & further cementing my support for gambit, I wouldn't want to see this turn into a theological debate anymore than anyone else...Also trying to add a little levity to an otherwise tension filled topic.

Actually at this point I tend to lead towards Miguel's thinking about religion just as much as I do Antimatter. Normally I step back when people tell me to find God, but all opinions are relevant here. It's nice to see both sides of the moral/spiritual/mental aspect of something like this. I can't rule anything out at this point. Whatever path I take will be the right one but it's cool to hear what people think.

A mod has decided what the topic of your off topic thread can and cannot be, Gambit. Resistance is futile. If you'd like to discuss something contrary to His tastes, you may do so at another forum (membership may differ).

Now I understand why they want religion out of the schools. It's one thing to have a difference of opinion, but a difference of strong beliefs is a source of endless, pointless arguing. You could spend a lifetime bickering about it, and get nothing acomplished other than increasing anger. Just in my opinion, why waste all that time when you can be doing more important things.

The thread's already been derailed. I'm not going to moderate a thread or arguing that goes nowhere. I've got better things to do.

****ed off, angry music usually help me get past things. I've also noticed that a little WWF No Mercy for the N64 or some WWE Smackdown for the PS2 does wonders
