Fantasy Mission Force. Something about the Japanese abducting Allied generals from a jungle camp in northern Canada and taking them to Luxemburg. Truly frightening, frightening I tell you!

    A) Maybe not so scary, but a DANM GOOD MOVIE! "Dawn of the Dead" (2004) , "Night of the Living Dead" (1991 or 1993 ?)
I'll agree with those choices, but see the originals. Don't forget about The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and TCM 2 if you want a good laugh while you're at it.

If you want a comedy too, take a look at Braindead (aka Dead Alive). Hands down the funniest "scary" movie i've seen!

Also is the Scary Movie series, they're quite funny!

My vote would have to be for any of the first 3 Phantasm movies.

Those movies really got me. Phantasm 2 more than anything. ALso they blew up a beautiful Doge Hemi-Cuda...for that they producers should drug out by their testicles and have their skin flayed.

    Just my opinion though...

I just read the description for Phantasm I & II on imdb.com. They sound pretty cool. I think ET would be another good Halloween movie for the kids.
