eBay sellers integrating Froodplayer/MediaCar in their auctions...

Well, I did my daily search for "carputer' on eBay and found an interesting auction by a member of this board (although I don't know who that is...)

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...sPageName=WDVW

He is advertising a carputer that has FrodoPlayer and MediaCar as an option. The guy barely has feedback and I am sure he is a lurker or a member here. I thought both frontends were freeware and could not be licensed for sale.

    Wow... $1200. Is that installed?

He doesn't come outright and say he's using MediaCar or Frodoplayer. But you certainly can see it in the pictures.

    Thumbs up .

To anyone who sells free-ware software to enhance thier own product is a streight out thief.

People don't understand that programmers put thier heart and soul into software. I myself feel that my software is a representation of who I am therefore I spend hours days weeks and years researching better ways to perform operations to make my users lives easier. I dont mind giving my applications away for free, for the enjoyment of others. But I really feel cheated when they try to sell my work, or I see other programmers who were kind enough to make software for our enjoyment get cheated.

Think about the programmers who spent hours on end designing and writing code for poeple's enjoyment please don't think about yourself and ways to cheat or steal from that person. They are gifted at what they do and we should all respect that and be greatful these poeple are willing to help us.
