Glad you're OK, compadre. The car can be replaced...
Thanks. I always wear a seatbelt. The funny thing is the impact threw me back into the seat and the way we spun i was back into the seat. In fact the belt didn't even "lock up." And the airbags didn't go off, I guess because it was a rear impact!

No comp in this car =\. I'll admit, though, we did know some rain was coming, just didn't know it was that bad.

Unfortunately, no. There was a gas station/mcdonalds another half a mile from the crash scene and we pulled under the awning for protection, along with several other cars that had hydroplaned in the same spot but not crashed. then 2 hours later we finally got a tow truck to get the car. so we didn't have a camera on us. lets just say the back it is screwed. and the bumper got ripped off. it was actually the back right side that got hit, not the back left.

They're the ones that came with the 2003 M3, and trust me they grip good . I was just dumb for not watching the weather and for tapping the brakes, I guess.

Thank you guys for all your support! I'll let ya'll know if its totalled, but I heard if its totalled you lose a lot of money because they sell the car for a semi low price. If thats the case then no more carpute upgrades for a while =\. Otherwise I just pay a $500 deductible and then i will pay the difference on the insurance

If you have comprehensive insurance on the car, then it's up to the insurance as to whether they'll total the car out and pay for a new one or pay for the repairs. Typically, it's a fiscal decision. If it costs less to make the repairs, then you're going to get it repaired. If the cost of repairs is more than it would be to replace the vehicle, then you get a new car.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

Sorry to hear this. Guess the only advice is to keep the wheels pointed in the direction you want to go.

Like Frodo said, cars are things, they can be repaired. I'm happy you're ok. I know how lucky you are, 'cause something like this happened to me a few years ago. It was raining heavilly, and some punk got passed me and hit my left front bumper causing me to spin around for 3 times and eventually run into a bus comming from the other way. Or at least that's what the witnesees said, 'cause I don't remember a thing, as I hit my head in the windshield (didn't have the seatbelt - big mistake). I'm sorry this happened to you.
