I wouldnt think to hard. Im thinking fog machine and pvc pipe + fan?
Although we wouldnt get the touch screen effect. But i was wondering if we could buy that one thing that mounts on top of your screen and makes it touch screen. I wonder if it would work on this large of a screen.

there was a tv show that used that, was some submarine movie. I think I remember the computer coming up on it

You could make it touchscreen using lasers to detect where your hand is like that laser keayboard which projects keys onto a surface.
