Maybe I'll take the car to the dealer tomorrow, I should be able to get an estimate from them, right? And since I shouldn't be paying for it, who cares..

Yeh, get an estimate from a good place. The insurance company will come and check out your car anyways.
Also, read up on this thread.
Do you have legal protection on your insurance?
You should notify your insurance right away and they will send you for an estimate and get your car fixed (you pay the excess) and then your legal protection will pursue the other guys insurance for the money and your no-claims will be reinstated (if you had any). That is how it works in the UK. Normally if oyu take it to an insurance approved place you get a courtesy car too.

I could go through my insurance company, but then it's gonna cost me the $500 deductible, and since the car is currently a lease, when the insurance cuts the check, the will make it out to Ford Credit and me, then I have to go get Ford to endorse it. It sounds like a real pain-in-the-***. Besides, I don't have rental reimbursement, and being that the temperature just dropped to 9F here, I don't really feel like walking too much. brrrrr
So I guess I'll try going through his insurance first. If that doesn't work out, I can always go to my people.
