Always show respect to anyone you dont know, men or women.
As you get to know them better then respect them accordingly. A female does NOT deserve better respect if she does not deserve it full stop.
Respecting a woman (SOME) when they dont deserve it will only make them walk all over you. Its like giving them power over you...abuse of power/freedom/previledge. You always have to straighten them when they misbehave else you be used to mop the floor. This is going back earlier on the thread, giving some people freedom of speech, or a nice job or previledge will end being abused.
Do that to prisoners and Im sure there be kaos. Have to be tough with this kind of people.

yes i have loads of hairy bits, the top of my head, the side of my head, the back of my head, my eyebrows, uhhhh there's tiny tiny hairs inside my nose that stop me drowning in phlegm... umm damnit, I said i *wasn't* discussing hair.
