IM black and I have close friends of all races.... We all think it was a stupid and ignorant song to make and play on air or anywhere period. It wasn't our(The black community) judgement into hearing it, or being played. In NYC we all tend to get along it seems no matter what color he or she is, you may feel tension between groups for whatever reason, but at anytime when ***** hits the fan, we can all hold hands and look out for one another. Hot 97 isnt even the most favorite radio station in this urban area anymore... IMO

There's always going to be a jackass on the loose.
