Need some help with a splash screen design

Hey guys,

This e-mail is calling on any good photoshop people to assist in designing a splash screen for some some software I'm about to release (not related to CarPCs).

The software is called Pipeline and is an electronic paper workflow solution for the NHS is the UK, I would like to ask for your assistance in creating a splashscreen for me (my graphics skills are poor) which captures the uses of the software:

Document Management
Medical/NHS use
Paperflow
the fact the software is called pipeline, i.e paper moving a long a pipeline.

Thanks for any help, will see if I can sort some sort of hardware for the one chosen.

I have to agree. Disabling them is always the 1st thing i do!

Wish I'd never asked! Its only to show the corporate image etc and would only be shown for like three seconds or so whilst a database initialised.

Well for completely computer illiterate muppets put one on - have to let them know they pressed the right button!

I would offer to help but my photoshop skills have come under severe attack lately.
