My oldest brother, he's obsessed with having the best of the best in computer hardware. a few months ago he bought a MSI Neo mainboard and the best 64 bit amd cpu you can get...a month later there was the MSI Neo2 and a better cpu...he bought that too...he constantly spends his money to have the best, because its his hobby, his obsession...but to alot of people, thats a major waste of money.

Well its a waste if you cant make anything of it. IMO. I waste money but im sure i only do it if i can. If im not investing then im not trying to spend any more money. I put a computer in my car for many reasons that will help me out in life. Especially GPS... im just trying to tell ya all that at our young ages its hard to waste money and be able to create something for our selfs unless we have a great job.

thats right but its hard to raise a family in the future inside a car. Maybe a van but a car would be cramped lol...

edit: i was going to buy a honda S2000, but i changed my mind.

Which is why I shouldn't even try to get the 33k car, and just get the car that I can probably get down to 17k...and spend a total of 600 a month on car insurance and car payments...and the rest to spend on a nice home and anything else we could want. I'm not going to rent the house btw, I'm lookin to buy. My moms friend has been renting this 800 dolor a month 3 bedroom house for the past 22 years...and they are about to retire! EEEK NO!

Im curious what your girl does... Dont have to tell me. Maybe she would like to think about buying an investment property and perhaps making some money off of it.

What ever you do remember the bottom line or your gross income. Also you said it first, things do not last and that they break. You will need money for those things and for mistakes.
