bump
and i thougt if i bought, paid for, registered, and leagly used a program that it should not expire ? started quicken to night and got a message that i have until 4-19-2005 to upgrade. if i dont i will not be able to download or send any transactions.
now to put this in perspective i have used quicken since 1993 ( even beta test rubacon for intuit in 1997 ) now i get this link and some B.S> about cuting down on tech suport for older programs.
i dont remember the last time i needed to call tech suport on Q02
just know if i have to buy Q 2005 i will call every time it down loads too slow...

That, in my opinion is worthy of downloading the crack for it. One of the few times I would say that.

i agree with you as i also believe in software as property and when you sell it to someone you sell to only one person. and that if you sell a pc it has a blank drive or at most a copy of command.com from DR.DOS only
Damn, I didn't know about this one. I started using 2004 version last year and was pretty happy with it so far. From what I am hearing, you might want to avoind 2005 version for a while, since it only allows the new file format (qfx) while the 2004 allows the new and the old one.Originally Posted by lawrence
