    I hate lil' kids w/ brand new cars

    Based from this Open Frame LCD Thread, I've decided to continue my rant...

    Lil' kids w/ brand new (2004+) vehicles **** me off. These are the same kids that watch the Fast & the Furious way too much & have no clue how to drive. These are also the same kids that think their **** doesn't stink and that everything is owed to them . I absolutely hate to see this. If you are under 20 then chances are you are an assclown who does not know how to properly handle a motor vehicle, thus you should not be driving a brand new vehicle that you will most likely trash. Of course it's not all the children's fault, it mostly lies w/ the parents b/c they are the dumbasses who purchased the vehicle for said child. I can understand the need for safety, but a child's 1st car should be one that will stand up to damage and be something that is expected to take damage, not little Bobby's 2005 350Z or Suzie's Benz SUV...

    Careful now. I'm only 17.

    But I totally understand your frustration. The process for getting a license needs to be more strict for people under 18, but not banned all together. Believe it or not there ARE kids out there who know how to drive, and do it responsibly. Most of them are women, and haven't seen the Fast and the Furious more than once.

    I've put a lot of time into my car, but I think it was perfect for me, since its small, NOT automatic, and beginning to show its age. The kids who are bought brand new cars don't seem to care because daddy bought it for them.

    I agree wholeheartedly! I hate it when some schmuck that's barely old enough to see over the dashboard is cruising around in a brand new Acura NSX. ARGH! Maybe I'm just ****ed that my parents don't "love" me as much as those kids' parents.

    Out of observation why do most people who drive a volkswagen (golf specially) and audi drives like an *******? They love to tailgate and push their car in front from the side road into the main road. The older BMW drivers are no difference, they MUST be at the fast lane even though they are doing a slower speed.

    The vauxhall corsa 1.2 love to race everyone they see at the light. Wheres the nissan micra 1.0 would pull in front of you, drive slowly and then jump the light leaving you behind. Same goes for the 20 years old metallic gold honda cars.

    Dunno what to say about those with "I love jesus" or "Follow me to jesus" stickers at the back of their cars.

    Some kids with cars remind me of the pizza delivery mopeds. They need to get the taste of accident before they learn.

    Not to offend anyone but its something I have noticed, even seen it on one of the surveys.

    I'm 20 and I'll say this.... to all of those that are 17, 18, 19, etc. you don't know how to drive. you think you do but you do not. It only takes one "I can pull out in front of him" and you'll realize it. 97% of US drivers do not know how to take a head on left-hand turn with two lanes in each direction.

    I thionk 16 1/2 is a fine age for a license. I think it needs to be much much harder to get one. I also think a drive should need to be reroadtested every 10 years.

    I have a 2004 truck. I'm 20. It bought 100% with my own money. I've worked long days and 70 hour weeks. I've earned my truck and I drive it well. I want to put a lift kit on it so I can run over 350Zs
