    Excel 2000 password recovery

    I can't get to astalavista from work, so I can't search for one properly.

    We have a spreadsheet that was password protected by a former employee. We need to get into that spreadsheet now and we have no idea what the password is. Anyone know of any free password recovery tools for Excel?

    i used to use one called cain. it was a cryptographic attack we used to use ont he uni hall network but i htink its a bit dodgy and is very old.
