    hey... As the title sas. If someone needs a carfax, let me know, and i'll pull it. i bought it today, so for 30 days from now. I charge: nix, nonka, nuku, npthing...

    what exactly does the carfax need? a VIN #? ive always been curious as to what has been listed on our van (if anything).

    yes it only needs the VIN #. Nothing else

    If you run too many (an unspecified amount) you will get a nasty notice from CarFAX and they will suspend your monthly membership until you sign a letter swearing that you're using the service only for personal use.

    This happened to me when last I was shopping for a car. I'd find everything interesting on autotrader and then run the carfax on all of them. Apparently they assume people will only run a handful of searches during a normal car purchase. Yah right!

    Wow that's not cool. What kind of service would do that...honestly now.

    And I'll definitely have to find my VIN if you would be so kind as to run it.

    i've run about 4 carfaxes yesterday, and last time i bought them i ran about 30 in total. No letter or anything. Anyways, i have no problem giving them a letter... Just trying to help you guys out, and give a little back to the community.
