Thats what I had, it was a great bike and lots of fun. If any of you have the chance to go for a ride around the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee/NC, don't miss Deal's Gap (http://www.tailofthedragon.com/ ). 318 turns in 11 miles. Great fun and a good way to meet lots of people with bikes.
    Dashboard Install?....I don't have a dashboard?....Whats up with that???

Which company? I got progressive and it was about $600 a year, but with no comprehensive. Its only liability. The comprehensive will cover you if it gets stollen right? But if you wreck it, you're out of luck because you didn't say you had collision. Am I right?

Progressive is the largest motorcycle insurance co. I pay a little over $500, liability only.

You may want to check out Foremost (a Farmers subsidiary). I pay $870/yr with full comp and collision w/ $500 deductible and that includes $1000 coverage for additional equipment (anything mounted to the bike; pipe, rims, ECUs, etc).

th $505 i pay is with progressive, and is liability with comprehensive minus a $1000 deductable. Basically only good in case it gets stolen. Liability only with progressive is $272 for my 2000 gixxer.
