Ok, Sorry, been out of pocket all day.

The rundown.
Dim-8 was removed from the Phoco Forum access list months ago,
reason being, he was very rude, and very much a dumbass.

The reason his access was removed to anything but the newbie forum
is twofold.

1. He went out of his way, after being banned, to view a discussion that
was supposed to be off limits to him. So what, I don't care about that.
It's the fact that he goes and posts about it, which the whole point of
pulling his access was about in the first place. Doesn't matter what he
said, he was doing exactly what I tried to prevent.

2. He obviously belongs there.
