Gmail up to to 2GB now !!

Anyone else notice their gmail box is now 2GB? Damn these guys must have a crap load of hard drives.

Why? so you can use it as an extra drive. Think about it 2GB, and you can have your files everywhere you go.

Is it still increasing? I saw a counter yesterday that said we have infinity plus 1 gb of space. But I didn't know if it was an april fool's.

The counter was somewhat of a joke, but oddly enough they kept the counter on their site and add space at a considerably slower speed than April 1st. Seems that we get about 5-10MB/day at the current rate. I'm not sure if it will continue since they said it was a joke. But so far it doesn't look like its stopping.
