Strange License Plates

I used to live in New Mexico, and the plates were all red and yellow:

I also remember a big dui problem.... hmmmm

I have seen every state, but Wyoming. Come to think of it, I have never meet anybody from Wyoming. Does Wyoming even exist?

I have been to wyoming, and it is pretty good. Obiviously yellowstone is beyond words beautiful. most of the rest of wyoming was kinda like south dakota, at least in the north east heading west. and also heading up from denver. I went into yellowstone from the north in montana and went up switchbacks called "bear tooth pass" I believe it is impassible for most of the year. INSANE you go from around 0 to 11,000+ feet up VERY QUICKLY, man I will never forget getting to the top and looking down into the valley that we entered from, and there was snow patches all over the place below our altitude and it was August. Man, what an experience.

maybe the laws in Hawaii are more leaniant towards mod's in cars...I know in PA you can get away with anything, in maryland...35+% tint is illegal but in PA you can go up to 50%...I dont know the deal in Hawaii

The PA has harsher laws. 35% is darker than 50%. The % is of visibility. 5% visible is very dark...

I had Jap plates on my prelude when I moved back to the states, I got alot of weird looks, and always got harrassed by the police, I got Colorado plates after a month of being back.

I saw a SC400 driving around with jap plates on the front, I was like WTF! The guy driving looked japanese too. But he had the cali plate jammed into the dash on the passenger side.

well when i googled it...PA was 25%-50% and i just went for the bigger number, im not an expert on the tinting system....i knew a guy in NC who moved from PA to manteo, had an eclipes in OBX for about 5 years before getting NC plates cuz of some of the crap he installed...
