Patronage and no support RANT!!

So you'd think if you spent $300 on a monitor from a place that specializes in carputers you'd get a disk with all the drivers right? All the ebay ads advertise drivers included... so why doesn't mp3car.com store provide them. It thought I'd be a patron and support the store but I gotta say I haven't been this ****ed off in a while. Anybody else agree this is BS?

I place the majority of the blame on Lilliput for not including the CD, but I've been waiting a while to be able to order this and get it setup... just been a really frustrating initial experience... the online store experience was great just the hardware package isn't exactly as I was expecting... I'll update things when I get all the final testing done and installed...

oh and I'll add to the frustration that the link on the FAQ page for the drivers is not working.... maybe I'll just have to get the drivers and host em on my site...errghh.

What monitor did you buy? I got my monitor (xenarc 700TSV) from Mp3car.com and I've had no problems with it.

It's too bad things went the way they have, but it was probably just an oversight, a simple human error that the disk wasn't included. Someone could easily send you a copy I'm sure. On a related note, you may want to try the newer beta drivers anyway. You can find them at

I have purchased a few small things from the store and recently placed a $400 order. I haven't had problems thus far.

Yeah, well, not everything goes 100% smoothly all the time. I'm sorry you didn't get drivers with the touchscreen but DID you email for support or call?

Or did you just post a rant in the forum?
