    Removing front seats....how?

I am trying to install B-Quiet Extreme in my car and I am trying to remove the front seats on a 2005 Impala and I unbolted the two rear bolts and I don't see anything to unbolt in the front....does anyway know if you have to push it forward and slide it out? Is there something I am missing here?

Some cars have plastic covers over the bolts. There are two bolts up front to look for.

Not sure for your car, but make sure you don't have side impact airbags in the seat base. If you do, you really should find out the procedure for disabling them.

I removed the plastic bits in both the front and the back. There are no bolts in the front. I am gonna keep "jiggling" it to see if it will come out. No airbags in the sides so I don't have to worry about that.

Give your dealer a ring or pop down and ask them to print out the relevant page from the parts manual for you. I got a copy of the pug parts CD and it is very useful for taking stuff apart as it has exploded diagrams.

    Update...

I am having 100 feet of B-Quiet Extreme (www.b-quiet.com) delivered tomorrow. I might be able to get this installed and the car put back together on Day 2 (of 7) of my vacation. Things are looking better already!!!
