That's the trouble with extinguishers. They just don't work when you need them to. Had the same problem but it wasn't my car. I stopped to help them out and my FE was dud. By the time the fire engine got there the car was toast. Probably best to renew the extinguisher every year or get it re-charged.Originally Posted by 2FastMR2

yeah i got a domestic sized one that is suitable for fuel etc. it is about twice as big as the normal car one. cost £10.99 in makro and has one of those little pressue gauges
