Yeah. If you go all the way to the bottom of the page, there is a link to the Security Center. It lets you report if someone is using copyright material but you have to be the owner of the property to own it.
This is the acutal sub catogeroy when you click on the copyright section.
'eBay item infringes on your intellectual property rights'
so I'm guessing the owner would have to place the complaint

umm, I think we should let zip-lock or fiberoptic handle this, for all we know they might have given him premission to use the pic (highly doubhtful).

edit: actually we've already established that he's an idiot.. I guess the question would whether or not he could actually provide the services/hardware that he says he can..

I figured I'd be a dick & ask him what his deal was (similar to Quattro's)...

My inquiry:
"I was just wondering if you had found www.mp3car.com? By the looks of you listing, you have. You may want to take down all the copyrighted material that you are using, b/c I'm sure the proper owners aren't too keen on you benefitting from their hard work. BTW, your auction will be reported if you do not comply."

Cockboy's response:
"I really dont know what your problem is or why you feel you need to get involved in my business on EBay. I have sought the permission of MP3car to use the 3 pictures from their site and to date have sold only 3 units since establishing myself on ebay last month. When my customers complete their own installs then i will start to use their pictures which would make sense wouldnt it. I look forward to your response and i would love to hear your reasons for the spotterish attitude you have."

According to him, he has permission I'll leave him alone until I hear otherwise...
