so your telling me that a wheel with "weights" in it has potentail to roll up hill, then down hill, then back up?

Here's the explanation taken from a respected UK newspaper report.

At one point three tyres, amazingly, roll uphill. They do so because inside they have been weighted with bolts and screws which have been positioned with fingertip care so that the slightest kiss of kinetic energy pushes them over, onward and, yes, upward.

Come on dude, next thing you'll be telling us that 300 ton Jumbo jets can't fly.
