Thread: Learned something today...(Dell Laptop..)

So I found a Dell laptop on Craigslist that had a broken screen. Went and purchased it for very little cash and looked it over. Had more stuff than I expected, a dvd drive...20gb hard drive..etc. So I went on Dell's website and was looking over its configuration...and Viola! It has a active extended warranty that covers everything unintentional. Called them up and schedulaed a service call. Both people I talked to asked me if there were any scufed plastics or missing feet, anyhting else that I would like replaced at the same time. WOW! I have had the laptop 8 hours and as of tommorow afternoon it will be fully functional as new. There service, although sometimes language impaired has been the best I have seen yet. Very very impressive for a company I would have never bought from before this!
