GTA San Andreas

Out on PC next Tuesday.
To buy or not to buy?

$50 is pretty steep. If it's like Vice City, hands down, I'll buy. If it's like III, nope.

III was difficult and a rather dark, downtrodden game. Vice was happy go lucky 80's hair type romp through the city with a machine gun game.

What do you say, folks? Do I stand in line for the sucker (grinning like a madman with an AK-47), or do I wait a couple months for it to drop to $20?

i bought san andreas the first week it came out, it has nothing on vice city, i played it for 2 weeks and i got bored of it, by far not a recomended game

Not terribly down on the gangsta shiznit. Hence, the VC addiction.
I just want to see bikini clad girls and bouncing cars!

"try and buy" is an option, but I'd like to avoid that.
I'd like to think that RStar can finally figure out what works and what doesn't and produce something that builds on the best qualities of their games. VC has such a following right now that I'd hope they improve on it.

I fear that this game, as their last couple have prooven, will be a mediocre port of a console game.. <sigh>

worst game I ever bought.

I bought it, played for about a week, and sold to a friend.

Vice city was awesome, San Andraes sucks.

I would reccommend Vice city for computer. You can mod a bunch of stuff, and it's really cool.

for example, I turned the faggio (moped) into a toilet. It's really funny.

I have VC for computer, could I create or download programs to change cars? like making a car to replace a ****ty one, and make it look like a diablo, never get damaged, and drive faster then any other vehicle?
