Where to buy auto parts online? (pads/rotors)

The only "adjustable" shocks from KYB are the AGX's. I have used them, and were very pleased with the AGX's. But, AGX are more then "decent".

Not sure why they call them Gas-A-Just, but it's not because that are adjustable.

Okay, I talked to the guy there and he said he's going to try to get me the AGX ones for less than I would be buying the GR-2's! AGX will give a more confortable ride than the GR-2's correct? I live out in Oklahoma where there are a lot of pot holes...

That is a question I cannot answer. Perhaps they have some sort of measurement that you can compare between the 2 products.

If I remember correctly, the AGX's have between 4 and 8 adjustment settings, depends on model, and whether they are front or rear. I believe that each adjustment on the 8 ways is actually half of the adjustment on each 4 way adjustment.

Also, if I remember correctly, the number 1 position, is about 75% as stiff as stock. 2 is as stiff as stock, and then 3 and 4 are 150 and 175%, or something like that, of stock. So technically, the AGX can be more compliant then stock, or stiffer.

It is quite possible that the GR-2's are at least as stiff as stock.

Okay, here's what I'm going with as of now:

KYB AGX adjustable struts/ KYB Gas-A-Just rear shocks - $205

(2) RaceConcepts slotted rotors - $80

(2) RaceConcepts Pads - $65

I've learned so much about this today, I wish I had more time to research, but my car is in bad shape and needs these parts.

I'll check out that rockauto.com site in a bit

And why did you choose these rotors over brembo, any particular reason other than price?

Well, I talked to the guy and he seems extremely nice and knowledgable. I've read several reviews on his products, all which were good. I like buying everything from the same company not only because it saves money on shipping, but if something happends, you have one company to deal with, and you build rapport that person.

I see... What company did you go with in the end?

I got my brembos from Eliteauto... about the shocks, I'm not even sure for what car these were, I was just thinking I was in the Rangerover forum...

ps: Koni and Bilstein seem to be the best for those cars, I dont see why I suggested it for you tho!

maybe cause its 4 am
