I think it was to bump up is post count but is plan backfired.

Edit: Oh and you forgot : A computer to build a car around. (I think he meant a car to build a computer in. Unless he builds cars.

Well, first I'd have to get my permit to drive(Yep! I can't even drive yet, then after I get that i 've gotta wait 1 year to drive alone in a car) then a car.

My explanation...

When you are with someone next to you in a car its not rude to stop talking for a while. Driver usually pause talking when dealing with roundabouts...safe driving.

With phone its rude to pause for a few seconds...therefore the driver is obliged to carry on talking even when facing a dangerous situation...dangerous driving.
