Putain de merde - ou est tout le monde?
I feel bad but not really. Unless you absolutely have nothing to do, don't read this, it's a waste of your time.
I'm sitting at home, fiddling with doom 3, and just start playing after I get it to work on my AMD64 Linux. Then I get a phone call from a friend I hadn't spoken with in a while. She's completely bored, so we decide to go do something. We go to the chevy dealer. I wanted to see if these Cobalt SS's are worth anything. Well, seeing as this is Spokane, they don't have ****. I go over to the Subaru section and start checking out cars. I see a five speed Legacy, seeing as they didn't even have any 5 speed Cobalts, this was a little rare.
The salesman comes out to greet us. I tell him I'm interested in the Legacy. Right away he gets out the keys and we're off to a "road course." I was impressed by this little family sedan. It handles almost as good as my MR2. He'd take it on a freeway loop at 50 mph when I was in the back seat. The seatbelt really held me in place. Then he has me take the car around.
After we get back he says "Go test drive everything you want, then come back, drive the STi, and then make your decision." Now I just have to wait until next week, call him back, and he'll bust out the STi for me. Hah.
I've been fake car shopping before, but never quite this successful. Subaru has given me a pretty good first impression. I'll never buy one, but I do have some respect for them now. The suspension on that car was amazing. It had brakes to match, too. Unfortunately there was no power to it, and no available H6.

Test driving cars when you can't buy them is gay. Why don't you stick to what you can afford and if you feel the need to test drive something head to Safeway and cruise a shopping cart, cause thats about all you'll be able to afford when you sell your mr2.
Spent so far: $1,755
