    I guess things may be different on your coast, but in my bar we laugh at people who come in fresh out of bartending school looking for jobs. They are slow as hell and have half the recipes wrong. I've been doing it for 5 years now and I got all my training on the job. My bar manager/trainer was a bartender for 40+ years and worked all over Las Vegas and Reno.
    It really is a fun way to make money, but good luck breaking into a good paying gig. Unless, like I said before, things are different out there.
