    if you get a scooter with under 50cc, you dont need registration or a seperate lisence. But they're illegal on high-ways and anywhere with a speed limit above 55. A 49cc will top out around 37mph, and will get approiximently 90 mpg. we have a 2002 Yamaha Zuma 4-stroke for getting around the city, You can park it anywhere, its great.

    I used to do 95km/h (70cc , by changing the head). Better than 70km/h stock.

    That is not true in all areas. In Texas you can ride without one if you take a motorcycle training course or have good medical coverage. That is if you are over 21.

    Other states have different laws.

    70 to 95 is like 15 miles per hour increase; What kind of calculations are you doing?

    70kph = 43mph ; 95kph= 59mph

    16mph increase ; Not 50mph (wich is 80kph).

    Edit: You had me worrying.
