I am still on my first tank of gas so i dont have anything to report yet.

It seems that things are progressing pretty normal on this tank, the gauge looks to beb about where it should. I am not anticapting to much of a gain (if any)

There has been a noticible power increase though.

Hey, I work in a factory where acetone is a fact of life. I am constantly around it, the only word of caution I have for using it in your gas tank, is that acetone will eventually destroy just about any type of rubber. Ie seals, and hoses. We use it to clean parts for hydraulic presses, and we need to take care not to get the orings and seals contaminated or else we have premature failures. Just becareful that the amount of money you save in fuel costs, doesn't turn around and bite you in other costs.

It feels like a car does after you put a can of octane boost in.

    it feels more lively.

Kinda OT, but for those whos interested, just done a 500miles MPG test.

Car is a vauxhal vectra 1.7 turbo diesel.
Fuel is 75% cooking oil (rapeseed) and 25% diesel.

Have run the car at around 65-80mph on the motorway and managed to get 56mpg.

For the guy doing the in depth tests, how about some MPG numbers instead of miles per tank? MPG (miles/gallons to fill up) would be a lot more accurate.
