Aren't the "Engine Indicators" made out of regular LEDs under a black film (In a similar manner VCRs, and digital-watches are made, minus the fact that this setup uses color LEDs)?
Also, notice how the RPM counter is exactly 1,000 in one photo and 900 in another... What about the values inbetween?

look at mileage, speed, and a bunhc of others that clearly arent just leds and blackfilm...

Thats a LCD , check the date and the mileage.
