See, this guy came on the boards and tried selling stuff. Once he was called out, it turned ugly. The mods have deleted the thread, but I though it needed to be dealt with anyway.

Please reconsider your choice to use Nick to sell your products. I am a senior member of a forum called MP3Car.com. Please check it out, we have lots of members and are a large community from all over the world

Nick came onto our forum and did several things.

First, our forum has a strict policy about selling online. As you might understand, there are many reasons for this, the primary is avoiding scams.

It was pointed out that he was breaking the rules, and many people started calling him a scammer. Instead of handling it in a professional manner, he started cursing and calling people out. He also insistaed that he was a new business, trying to get his product out there to the masses. When it was pointed out that commercial sellers must register with the site admins, and pay a fee, he started saying that he was an individual, who was selling things for a friend. All the while, he stated that the products were covered by the manufacturers warrantee. When it was pointed out (mind you, we on the baord were not happy about his posting, and were probably not nice about it, but he did come to our backyard and break the rules, and it did make us mad) that only authorized dealers could offer warrantees, he went ballistic, cursing and claiming that you were an authorized dealer, and that the warrantee was good. When pressed about your company name, he posted your full name, not your company name, and said that we should check it out.

Of course, no one could find your personal name as an authorized dealer on any of the manufacturers websites.

This made him even more mad, and he started cursing up a storm. He sent several nasty Private messages to my mailbox (I have included them in this PM for you) and consitnued to post on the forums, and break the rules. Of course, the post was finally deleted because his post violated the no commercial advertising rule.

I just thought you should be aware of his actions. I could care less whether you are an authorized dealer or not. Heck, many of us may have purchased from you had we been made aware of you in a civilized way, and in accordance with the forums rules. Instead, Nick's actions have left a terrible taste in our mouths, and have biased our opinions against you. Additionally, Nick made several statements which in the end could come back to bite you in the *** should someone want to make a stink about it.

You should certainly reconsider your association with Nick.

which is in construction right now so u cannot see it and he is an authorized dealer for not only kicker and cdt audio but many more and he owns montreal with his sells and he is legit ask anyone in montreal you idiot.
