True. I think the OP thought that all land in America is expensive.

I just stumbled across that site from evil bay and cant believe the prices of land, surely theres a catch in there ? to me it just seems very very cheap, land isnt even that cheap here in Africa.

    Cheers
The unitedslandsales.com's website look kind of attractive and fooled a lot of people. However, there is a catch to it all. I saw a property advertised by them in Florida, I jumped in to it by financing the property through them. the property was for 10,950 i believe and they required $250 down and a monthly payment of $200 a month. I sent them $1700 as a down payment and hoping that my monthly payment would be reduced, I was wrong. The worst thing is the down payment is non-refundable. Further more I have done some research where I realize that area the I bought the property from unitedlandsales is actually a " swampland" and these people have the nerve to sale these forgotten and unwantedd lands. Other companies give you the option to buy properties from them and within a period of one year if you find a different property that you like, you can switch but not UnitedlandSales. Please don't buy lands from Unitedlandsales.com because they are a bunch of con artists and their main goal is to empty your pocket.

Not at all. But you just signed up again after being banned, just to post this drivel. That is spam. So, like I said before,

This place is private property, and as such, they can delete your posts and ban you. They can make it as one sided as they like.

    Your spamtastic posts are worthless.

No go back to work trying to bilk people out of their money.
