    I am a homeowner!

yes i said homeowner not homo!

Well it is official. I have bought my 1st home! I jsut got the documents through and I move in monday night! I dont own a fridge or a sofa and my bed wont be down for a while so i will be storing my food outside in the workshop area!

My flat is in an expensive part of the city i live in but as I hate walking and enjoy my socialising it an almost perfect location but what makes it better than a regualr flat around here is the workshop space I will have. Unfortunately i don't have parking but if i can wangle some of the parking it will be right out the back of my flat.

The building is Grade II listed and I have my own small garden (soon to be a drinking terrace) and use of the communal garden.

I can't wait to have my own place were anyone can come and stay whenever they want and I dont have to put up with dick head flat mates!

    Now for some pics.....

    1. main workshop area (shed will be going somewhere else) and will be getting a door and a work bench etc etc
    2. storage area next to the workshop will be getting a water tight walk in box built inside so I can store stuff and keep it dry but not seal off the brickwork so it can breathe.

pics of my bedroom. nice 17" bedroom so I will have my desk with screens (PC is not going in my bedroom but will be in the living room next door). Need to get some nice dark wood furniture and my home made 6ft wide bed will fit! Perfect for shagging as it has built in places to tie silk scarfs etc etc

not really. the lime looks ok and all the other piantwork is new and in keeping with the building. There has just been a lot of work done to upgrade it to the latest council regs such as dedicated fire system and fire proof double ceilings in the kitchen. Windows are all new and are wooden sash. 1st mods will be to the cooker/hob and getting a workshop established so i can make furniture and do my dash!
