yeah. that happens a lot with 6th gen accords. for no reason many times. it just seems to happen around 100k miles or so, a lot of people on forums that deal with 6th gen accords have taken their cars to various honda dealerships (not just "joes garage") and there was no cause for the light to come on. it just does, we are just damned like that.
I have a 98 v6 coupe...and mine is on. i just havent gotten around to resetting it yet.
I didn't do it cuz the dealer did it for me under warranty. They replace the sensor/switch on the seat + the seatbell latch. NO more problem for me. They said that seatbell component has lifetime warranty.
