Well, I think I have the issues fixed, except for the speed. I don't know of anything in my script that could be causing that. Here's the new one. Only unzip the vbs file, since you already have your ini file edited.
Just a recap on the instructions:
Unzip this onto your flash drive. Edit sync_files.ini and it will accept spaces in the names of your directories. Then all you have to do is run the script on each computer.
Just run the script on A, then on B
Then move files to A, then run script on A,
Then move files to B, then run script on B,
etc... until all you get is "Done" on both computers.
Note: To "reset" everything to sync new computers or new directories, just delete the ListA.txt and ListB.txt files from your flash drive.
