I have a very simular setup at home, the venice's are fast as ****.

are you planning to OC it alot? I dont know much about the ASUS board you are looking at, but the most I was able to get stable was 2.6 (on a 2.2 venice) which i was disappointed in, but the setup is very fast.

The cpu link is busted but is the 2.2 venice 1ghz FSB

I have never over clocked a system before....How would I go about doing that?

What would be a good PSU to power my mobo?

sure it will be enough, all depends on how many drives you will have, ect.

OC'ing is usually done through the BIOS by manipulating the bus speed and multiplier. You also have to adjust the speed and latency of the RAM and possibly the speed of other components. It all depends on what the mobo allows you to change, DFI is known for making the boards that are the best OC'ers but MSI and others are also good. Check out ocforums.com for more info.
