i had an issue of hot rod a few years ago. had some special section about the most bizarre cars. one of the features was a ford festiva (ford's equiv. to the geo metro) hatchback. about the smallest compact you can get. the guy stuffed in a blown 350. it ran something like low 9s in the quarter. obviously the thing was tubbed out. they showed a shot from the rear of the car. it was basically a rearend and then just tires. crazy stuff.

Huh? I don't remember saying that. Charles and I were messing around with theoretical engine/piston/rotor swapping in the Corvette install thread, but that's all I can think of. I mentioned the Mazda 787B engine which does 700HP...Although an intake that can get you 700HP is entirely possible....if it includes a turbocharger...

I just watched F&F tonight and I had to ask, why would anybody anticipate the DVD release for this? Isn't this just Point Break with rice? They even got the Keanu wannabe, Paul Walker, to play the lead. Bleh.

I've taken craps that were more entertaining.
