hehe, of course i would. If i still loved her. Also it would depend on how we have changed. Ya cant take her back, better take her out first.

The contract thing is a little weird, but i guess it would depend on the person. Id find it rather funny if someone came to me with a contract saying she would never cheat, would clean my clothes the dishes and the house, would be the best wife ever and would fulfill my needs anytime i want. Id say where do i sign!

Maybe, she hasn't emailed it to me yet but i can't wait to read it. That would be pretty sweet. I think she said it is more about the money and how to fight. We fought a lot when we were married. Thanks, any other ideas? Anyone else with an ex wife?

Yes If you love her still and feel in your heart that she has changed and is willing to make it work....And you of all people should know If she would have changed her ways, after all you were married to her so Im sure you know her habits and things that like very well.....Yea they say people can change and this is true but everyone is different so like jjh221 said first take her out!!!!! Go to a movie, Have some dinner, chit chat...U got the Idea.....basically make this a fresh start...Dont rush but also dont take forever to make your decision, Not unless your still young! Depend how the marriage broke down at the first place, you said you argue alot? But how does a wonderful time leading to an arguement? hows do you guys deal with it and how does it ends?

Arguement can be a good thing as long as its about trying to understand each other and trying to make it all better. Some just like to argue and when proven wrong they wont accept it or try to change to avoid it the next time round...and that really suck.

Well 2 years is a long time, its possible she have changed. So just take another chance and see if she have really changed. Just keep your guards up, you never know whats her intention of comming back. As been said take her out, take your time and see how it goes from there.

Ah man, I dont understand some of these women. They are all hot and sexy, when they reach 25s they are all fat and ugly.

thats because when they are that hot they turn into sluts. Then they are like oh man i was such a slut and start to eat and then they think hmmm no guy likes me now maybe i should try women.
