    another armen thread

    Well I bought a in dash touch screen from him awhile ago and the it does not work it does not get input from the vga.

    But anywho i thought could be bad connection or something but im not about to take this thing apart so I been trying to contact him for the longest time.

    His voice mail box was full then it was empty meaning he checks his messages. I left him message to call me no response.

    I been calling him everyday and no response. I check his status and he signs on almost every day.

    So he has time to sign on every day but not answer calls or get back to people thats bull ****.

    The defense that people say he is busy is bull **** to. If you are a one man job fine. Just call me back and tell me you will get on it when u can or put me on a priority list of first come frist serve. Even if he tells me it will take 2 months to get to my problem. I know i have a time limit. But no response at all is just bull ****.


    If he sold items on ebay his reputation would be down the drain.

    Armen needs to straighten up or get out of the buisness.

    Look at the forum description for the Review Palace: For PRODUCTS and stuff Yo. Last time I checked neither Armen or his customer service were a product.

    Armen's CS (or lack of) most certainly should be considered a product. He is not only a reseller, but in fact the manufacturer of some of the items he sells. When you get one of those online bizrate surveys, isn't the vast majority of it related to customer service? Why should Armen's CS not be considered reviewable here? A lot of his business, or at least referals must surely come from people on this board.

    da me la nalga hit the nail right on the head. No replys to emails, or not returning phone calls is flat out bull ****. People need to quit covering Armen's *** and accept the fact that although he is human, and a 1 man band, his commitment to his customers has become extinct.

    Don't get me wrong, I am not on the bash Armen wagon. I think he is a nice guy, and I have bought a lot from him. In the past, he would go above and beyond for me, be it re-working an item then shipping it to my customer, or cutting me a great deal on bulk purchases, etc. etc. But, my last emails to him were in October, and I have yet to get a reply.

    That being said, yes, his CS should be a review topic, and I agree 100% that when you sell a person a product, especially one that you modified, or created, your *** is on the line and you need to take care of your customers post haste.

    You are right it is absolutely BS. As I have said it in another thread, he does come to the forum to check whats being said about him but never have time to sort out his reponsibility as a seller.

    I have recently won some electronic components on ebay, the seller is from china.

    The seller is "supposed" to be reputable and I guess he is. I asked him a few question before bidding, but due to their new year, I accepted that there will be some delays.

    Anyway, I bidded on the items as time is running out, won it, paid $40 by paypal within 30mins. Yup you guessed it, no reply from the seller.

    I have mailed him 3 times now and still no reply, not a single one. The money I have sent him is still awaiting the fund clearance, true, he havent got my money yet but the point is...I need to know if he is going to atleast deal with me or not.

    I know the guy is around as hes been leaving feedback to his buyers and do list more items. Its been almost a week now still I dont know where the hell I stand.

    In the meantime Im waiting for the funds to clear. Im just guessing, I think hes waiting for the funds to clear before he send out the goods. Thats all fine by me but all I want to know is...WTF is going on, Im sure it doesnt take that long to say, "yes Im dealing with it..."

    I though oh my god, Im I dealing with an "Armen", it is really annoying in the buyers perpective

    I'm not disputing the fact that a lot of people have problems with him. I've never talked to the guy in my life, nor would I care to. You guys can crap on him all you want as long as it is done in the right place. The review palace is not for reviewing anyones customer service. If it were allowed then people would start posting all of their buy experiances with any of the deals they have ever made. This is clearly not the point of the Review Palace as it stands. If you guys want a seperate sub-forum for posting good/bad experiances with fellow mp3carers then you can post a request in the suggestion forum.
    Hopefully gnomad can get the feedback thing working so everyone can really give their input on Armen.

    Not that I dont like him, I have no reason to. I just hate it when I have to chase things up as if it is my responsibility.

    I remember when I used to work as a computer engineer, I have to constanly inform the customer of the progress. I feel really ****ty if they start chasing me up cause I know that I can get the boot for not being responsible.

    i dont know about you guys crapping on him, if youve dealt with him youd know that hes a good guy. ive dealt with him in the past and will continue to regardless of what people say. i know he has awesome customer service. how a little encouragement and understanding for the guy instead of demanding. maybe since 100 people demanding their stuff he gets set back. if a few of those people would say its ok take an extra day and get it str8 than hed be in better shape. i know this doesnt seem realistic to you all but all i know is i dont get on his back about anything, i support him and buy alot from him. and because of that i get awesome customer service. maybe cuz im not raggin on him and starting wheres armen threads.
