    Oh and ive tried no2 not really a fan either. I was wanting to see if i would pump up my peter. Unfortunately i dont think any thing can help You should be taking glutamine. I also take a lot of vitamines and stuff. A whole cabinate full lol. Handfulls in the morning.

    lol replace all them bottles of vitamins with Universal animal pack
    its expensive but it has EVERYTHING u need. im gonna start it soon.
    i also plan on starting to intake
    EFA's
    BCAA's
    ZMA's
    Dextrose
    and sum other stuff

    I like to slowly work into my vitamins. Like everything else i do. Im a little guy still, but im doing alright i guess. As well as my shoulder will let me. I can get 4-5 plates on everything besides my bench, shoulder will give out.

    heck i am too. Ill be 24 in a few days. I dislocated it snowboarding and it fall out when i sleep or roll over on it.

    oh then you are a young! the most important thing for you is your base. Migels workout would be good for you. You cant build anything unless you have a good base.

    right now im at a 205 bench and liek a 300 squat...but i just started and my football team only works out 2 days a week due to were lookin for a new coach.
    i was at 325 squat and 225 bench last year
    but now im 205 becnh 300 squat 6 foot tall 210 pounds.
    my goal is 225 pounds, 285+ bench and 380+ squat
