    any1 on here work out?
    do u use any supplements?
    im lookin for more gains

    I work out-of-the-country a bit, gains? well the bank likes it. Til I get home of course and the missus spends it on horses or something. I'll need a supplement soon if the next contract is much longer.

    I quite often end up waiting outside my house for a friend to come along and give me a lift to work. It's every day and I work outside. Does that count?

    Right now this is my workout plan:

    Monday: Light Cardio/Chest and Triceps (3 sets/10 reps)
    Tuesday: Abs/1hr+ Cardio
    Wednesday: Light Cardio/Legs and Shoulders (3 sets/10 reps)
    Thursday: Abs/1hr+ Cardio
    Friday: Light Cardio/Back and Biceps (3 sets/10 reps)

    If I end up at the gym on the weekend, then it's any exercises I miss and cardio.

    Since your looking to increase I'd suggest that you go heavy w/ weights, low reps (6-8). Also, go w/ a good amount of protein. Just a few thoughts

    I found this one a little while ago. It's good, b/c it actually shows how to do the exercise and what it helps build...

    i did have a set workout routine but il have to try sum those.
    But im really looking for supplements

    il suggest all the things ive tried taht work, if u want ot use em...
    Creatine (helps alot)
    NO2(helps alot, also great with crea)
    Whey protien(muscle compound)
    Glutamine(helps in protien synthesis)
