just got a garage tonight... did i overpay?

yeah, except i rent the basement apartment from my landlord, and i don't think that the city would be happy with me putting a garage on the street... lol... if i'd have my own house, i'd do it in a heartbeat. but i don't yet... remember i'm 22...

wow, $150 sounds like alot for up there..... that's the going rate down here in the heart of the city where parking is way overcongested, but up there I wouldn't expect nearly as much..... I have 2 garages down here that I rent for my various projects, but 1 is $75 & the other is $100, the second wanted $150 but I said no way am I spending more than $100 for half of a shared garage.... I got it for $100......

I guess if it's next door & the guy holds firm then it's either take it or leave it.... if you can store some crap AND work on the car without hassles it may be worth it.....
