Man it sucks...

I wasted year and half working on project where my profits were tied to income of the product. Today i found out company is not releasing that product. They claim that quality is not their standards. Im not unbiased here commenting about the quality, but lets just say that reason it took so long, i wanted quality to be top. Not to mention about their standards? what ******* standards that company has no standards... Im pretty sure quality issue is just their excuse, cause we past beyond the window of oppurtunity, cause i wanted solid quality, and they have no balls to release anymore.

And i have nothing to blame here but myself, our contract actually allowed it. So moral of the story is... if there something which bothers u in contract, do not sign. If your lawyer tells u its ok, ask for second opinion.

Ok guys... my ex employer is starting to stink... im off to body disposing thread.

Does the contract permit you to sell it yourself if they won't? Change it slightly release it yourself, and fcuk em up that way
