window tinting cost

My 2001 Jeep Wrangler had factory soft top tinted windows, but I wanted the front side windows to match. About $200. I forget the percentage though.

i just sprayed mine with black paint, kinda does the job

i work in a tint shop,and like rev said above,ceramic is the best,you can get a 99 dollars tint job,on a dye base film,metallic well is very good,but it will have some effects on radio reception,ceramic well it has the true smoke look,not green not mirror and no color change like any film with dye,price i wont say it here,but is expensive.by the way i do the alarms installation in the shop.........

330,- limo tint (3%) on expedition. all windoes except the windshield and sunroof = 9 pieces...with lifetime warranty and all the way to the edge of the glass, without cutting on the vehicle!

does anybody know what is the legal limit of perfectage of tint allowed in illinois. I want to get my front 2 windows tinted but i know that pigs around chi-town are a$$holes when they see a nice ride, all hooked up with a bald mexican driving it and i guess i want to add another reason for them to harress me.

Some WI cops have portable "tint testers" for when they pull you over.

well...I wouldn't say that. It's illegal in Michigan to have your front windows tinted, but I see 4 or 5 cars a day that have them. I think as long as they're not TOO dark it shouldn't be too much of a problem.
