Do you have the specs for the speakers? They may be in that paper manual thing that was in the box the speakers came in?

Unless you have the specs for the speakers you are going to have to build to the box off the top of your head. I searched and there is no website that has the specs. It will probably cost more to build the box than you paid for the speakers (I found them for $25). Why you would buy car speakers for home use is beyond me!

With those kind of speakers the box size is not critical, and unless you did something very weird, I dought you notice a difference. Just make some boxes about the size you want, and they should do OK.
And you say people actually pay money for M$ Windows?

Total re-design underway: on the whole progress is very slow as the car is taking up too much time :)

Yeah - like they're saying, pretty much any box will do. My reccomendation is that you be sure to add a bass vent tube somewhere on the face there so that the woofer cone on your speakers don't get dampened.

    Add a bass tube/port

defininately add a bass tube/port to the enclosures, since car speakers are intended to run 'free-air', a sealed enclosure will severely effect the bass, I know this from experence with making enclosures for some old Sony 6X9's...

Kewl, thanx for the help... I will make the cases, and try them without the bass ports first and see how they sound, if I am not satisfied I will cut some ports and see if that helps or makes it worse, if not, I will be making another pannel for the box to replace the onw whith a hole in it...
