It is easier to just go to Kinko's or someplace that makes them for you. Then, the rules are followed and there is no worry about your application being rejected because of the photo.

u can get em taken professionaly at a photo store lol
$8 at AAA...just got mine taken for my fishing trip to Canadia in June and my honeymoon to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in Sept
