    Avoid this ebay seller

I bought a ground loop isolator from Hyper Lighting <[email protected]> ebay ID jerry903 a few weeks ago. They sent me a line output converter instead of the ground loop isolator. So I emailed him and he said to send it back before he sends the replacement. I asked if they'd pay the shipping or just send the correct item and a return envelope so I wouldn't have to mess with going to the post office. He said couldn't do that but would pay the return shipping and to send it with a tracking number. Well I sent it back but sent it UPS instead of USPS as it was the only option the postal service I went to said they could do with a tracking number and it was less than $2 more than USPS and included the packaging. Well this "expletive" then sent the correct item back to the wrong address and wouldn't respond to emails asking where they sent it to as it showed delivered to a different zip code. I figured out it was the postal service I had used to ship the wrong item back to them. Now they won't refund the shipping saying the $9.10 UPS cost was too much and that it should of only of cost $2...WTF a damn return envelope cost that much. I said if it only cost $2 then why did they charge me $7 to ship it to begin with. Anyway I figure I'm out the damn return shipping but am going to do my best to warn others that this guy is a POS. I figured he had a pretty good rating but now see that their customer service sucks. Not much I can do about it now other than complain on every forum I can think of.

I know what its like to get scamed on ebay,

but shipping mess ups happen - pluss on cheap things
its not even worth shipping back - just a waste of time

just keep it and order from someone else, if was over $50
I might send it back - but not under $50

usps does have tracking - it only seams to work when it gets to
were it was going - but they do have it

here is the link to there website were you track it at
    USPS - Track & Confirm

and another USPS - Delivery Confirmation

yea the postal place I used was probably just getting the extra $2 out of me. They said they could do the delivery confirmation but anyway.

Yea they do that crap - its all a gamble

there was one guy that sold me a welding helmet - about
$75 - we talked about 3 or 4 times before via email
seamed like a cool dude - he emailed me saying he sent it
    - and abou 3 weeks later nothing - I sent an email to him
    - nothing - waited - sent another nothing - never got any
    thing

One dude sold me a brand new hard drive in a envelope
insured it for lots of $$$ - when it got to me, it was bad
    - like duh - it was sent in an envelope, he wanted me to
send it back, found out he had done this before to others
to get the insured value of the hard drive - I said no, and
he started getting mad, I called the maker of the hard drive
and they said they will replace it for free - I told the dude
that sold it to me what they said - he left me a negitive
feed back - I left a Neutral Feedback - I tried to be the
    better man

    One time I won 4 $150 audio amps - for $7 each
few weeks later I get one - they said the rest got
    stolen - yea right

I won some laptop memory - good deal to,
never got any thing - the guy just vanished
or died - had perfect feedback

I could go on and on - but like I said - its all a gamble

I keep using ebay - because I do get good deals
and only get ripped off 1 in 20-30 times I use it

Sad thing is I am due to get ripped on
