Copyrights are international, but question becomes whether or not it's worth it to pursuit.
One classic example is www.allofmp3.com another Russian mp3 service where you buy music of superb high quality real cheap, and they have almost anything there and yet they're still in business (http://news.google.com/news?hl=en&lr...om&sa=N&tab=wn)

Looks like they use VBulletin - if they didn't buy it you might get them on theft... Possibly easier than copyright infringement.
